By using the website www.mucuracolombia.com , you declare that you have understood and agreed to be legally bound by these terms and conditions, which constitute a legally binding contract between the buyer (you) and the brand (us).
The conditions set forth herein may be modified at any time by Múcura Colombia without the need to notify or request any approval. In the event of purchasing any product through this website, it is understood that these terms and conditions have been accepted in their entirety.

The information provided by our clients will be treated in accordance with the provisions of Statutory Law 1581 of 2012.
By using this page you declare that all information provided is true and real, and that you agree to the processing, storage, transmission and use of such data.
Prices
All product prices shown on this website include all taxes established by law. These prices do not include shipping costs for the products, which correspond to $10,000 COP within Bogotá and $16,000 COP to other cities.
Prices of our products are subject to change without notice.
Shipping
Domestic shipping of products is done through Interrapidisimo in most cases, although in exceptional cases it will be done by other companies contracted by Múcura Colombia. The contracted courier company is responsible for the safe and careful delivery of the products, as well as for meeting the agreed times.
Delivery times depend on product availability. Products in stock are shipped the next business day after the order is placed. While those in the “Pre-order” category will be shipped 7 business days after the order is placed. In Bogotá, the delivery time is 3 business days and for other cities it is up to 5 days depending on the distance and the carrier.
All logistics operators, such as transport companies, deliver the package to the address assigned by the customer, and although a signature upon delivery is not required in all cases, they do record the person who received the package and the place. Múcura Colombia is not responsible for the package once it leaves the facilities.
Payment for products
The customer agrees to pay the total value of the order at the time of confirming their purchase order. We have provided all the guarantees offered by Mercado Pago.
It is important to note that although Múcura Colombia has made available to our clients a secure connection system for the purchase offer, under no circumstances will Múcura Colombia be responsible for any communication failure between banking or credit entities, nor will it be responsible for any possible damage as a result of an action or omission by said entities.
Lost packages
In the event of loss or theft of the package sent, the shipping company will be responsible for the process of tracking, recovering and locating the package. In the event of loss, they will be in charge of the procedure to request the value of the package taking into account the insured value.
Changes and guarantees
Múcura Colombia products are 100% handmade, which may result in slight variations in color or size of the pieces seen in the photographs. Such variations are not considered valid reasons for making changes to the pieces.
At Múcura we have a high quality process for our products, it is the duty of the clients to follow the care of each of the pieces.
However, if any fault or anomaly occurs in the parts received, you must send an email to mucura.co@gmail.com with your complete shipping information, reference, explanation of what happened and a photograph of the defective part.
In case of not being satisfied with the product, the customer must contact us within five (5) calendar days after receiving the package, to mucura.co@gmail.com expressing the situation. The piece must be in perfect working order, with no trace of use or manipulation.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011, in Colombia the right of withdrawal applies to all contracts for the sale of goods and the provision of services through financing systems granted by the producer or supplier, sale of timeshares or sales that use non-traditional or distance methods.
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, without exceeding the limit of five calendar days.
